1. Excellent leadership: In the beginning Mr. Alex Castaneda came regularly to assess the work and layout a schedule. Work was staggered to create minimum disruption to us. Similarly towards the end of the project Mr. Alex Castaneda would visit frequently to make sure all the details were being covered and all the loose ends were tied up. All the hardworking paid off especially during inspections.
2. Luis Manuel was the workman who layered out the bathroom floor tiles, porcelain slabs in the shower area, grout and baseboards. His work was impeccable. He was meticulous in his measurements and layouts, even offering his advice on the orientation of the layout of the tiles etc. His work ethic was commendable. Alan Carillo was the workman in charge of electrical work. His knowledge of his job was thorough. He too was very meticulous and punctual. Every morning(including Saturdays) they arrived at 8:30 AM and worked till sunset. They always cleaned up the premises at the end of work.
3. Adrian Castaneda was in charge of the plumbing work. He installed all the toilets and sinks. He was extremely professional.
4. Towards the end of the job, the entire crew worked well together to install the cabinets and fixtures in the bathroom. Luis Alex and Irvin Castaneda lent much needed support to install the cabinets and fixtures in the bathroom.
5. On the last day, the entire team pitched in to clean up and remove remnants of the project.
6. Overall, a very creative, hardworking, sincere, dedicated and meticulous team. Excellent team! We would highly highly recommend Mr. Alex Castaneda’s team.

Alex and his team do amazing work. The guys are always dependable and friendly. They go above and beyond in everything they do. They helped us with remodeling our kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The results are better than we expected with beautiful detail to the work. We really presented them with some challenging projects that we weren't even sure could be done, but on each one of them they exceeded our expectations and made it look easy. I really hope we get the chance to work with them again in the future.

They did excellent wood work jobs. The good carpenter skills are essential for the kitchen remodeling. Overall, this contractor owned by Alex is professional, reliable, and deliver quality jobs. For painting, it's required to use a licensed painter. You should confirm if the painter is licensed. Otherwise, the quality might be questionable.
